I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous and a I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous and a little scared. Seeing my cookbook in physical form for the first time feels surreal. After years of only viewing it through screens, holding it in my hands made everything feel so very real 

For the past few years, I’ve spent most of my time behind the camera developing recipes and sharing them with you. Now I’m stepping into a new chapter and beginning to promote the book, something many authors don’t always talk openly about. Well, the process at least ⭐️

Red curry dumpling bake 🥟 Full detailed recip Red curry dumpling bake 🥟

Here are the ingredients you’ll need: 

Dumpling dough
250 grams all purpose flour
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
150 ml boiling water 175f

Chicken filling
365 grams Ground chicken
150 grams napa cabbage, finely chopped + (1/2 tsp salt)
10 grams fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp ginger, grated
4 cloves garlic, grated
2 scallions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp chili flakes optional

Coconut Red Curry Sauce
1 tbsp butter 
3 tbsp neutral oil avocado oil is my go to
1 small shallot, minced
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp ginger, grated
2 tbsp red curry paste
1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp powdered ginger
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp turmeric
400 grams full-fat coconut milk 
120 grams coconut cream
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
freshly chopped basil
juice of 1/2 a lime (one tsp at a time)

170 grams salted butter 
150 grams light brown sugar
100 grams granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste 
25 grams cocoa powder
1/2 tsp espresso powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon
125 grams all purpose flour for chocolate-chipless dough
100 grams all purpose flour for brownie cookie dough
1/2 tsp baking soda split (refer to blog) 
1/2 tsp fine sea salt split (refer to blog)
